I always like jimmy John’s although it’s a bit pricey for a small sandwich. Just noticed they have additional toppings which changed the entire taste of it. Next time your order make sure to add jalapeño crisps to your sandwich and the taste enhanced ten folds. Service is super quick and awesome atmosphere as this is in desert ridge mall
Umm I usually like this place but I literally didn't get ham in my #11 nor did I get cheese. I asked for light turkey and I received the opposite...? Can I get this addressed please? Thank you
Vegetables tasted off, mealy tomato’s and cucumber cut so thin you don’t even know they are on your sandwich. Sliced wheat bread cut thin not like typical Jimmy John’s.. disappointing and won’t return to this location. We got chips and it would have been a better deal to do the combo and no one cared to tell us that. Charged for cheese on a “favorite” $10 sandwhich too. Ridiculous

Really have no idea why people eat here. Worst sandwiches on the planet. Turkey has chunks of fat and blood vessels in it. Bacon is the hormel kind you find at the grocery store that they leave out of the fridge. I feel bad for my co-worker who bought me a sandwich to be nice… and i threw it away. Shut this company down or get some quality product. Disgusting.
I wish I had taken a picture before eating my sandwich, or a picture of just the bread I got. I NEVER write reviews on any restaurant, but I was so upset with how my sandwich came out. I ordered the double protein #15 tuna and practically got myself a bread and provolone sandwich only. I love Jimmy Johns, but I won't be returning to this location </3
