Her Demon {Bada Lee} - {5} (1)

Myung knocked softly on the wooden door as she waited for them to open it or heard her come in. One of her grandmother's bodyguards slid the door open allowing her inside the bedroom part of the room. She nodded her head at the woman as she walked inside, her boot heels clicking against the marble floor. "Madam Ju? How are you feeling?" She asked her, adjusting her jacket sleeves up her arms. Do-Hee followed close behind her with a small smile on her face.

The orange haired girl took a seat on the chair across from the bed. She spread her legs open leaning forwards, her elbows landing on her knees. Do-Hee looked around in search of a chair or somewhere she could sit. She decided to sit on the armchair where her cousin sat. "I'm fine, I just finished cleaning up. You little rascal! I thought you promised to come see me yesterday." She scolded her granddaughter who bit her lower lip looking off to the side. The events from yesterday replayed in her mind. Her eyes traveled to her cousin who shrugged her shoulders with a straight face.

"I'm sorry, I had some last-minute things come up. I'm glad you're okay, grandma. It wasn't as bad as you thought it would be, was it?" Myung knew how much both Do-Hee and Madam Ju hated being in hospitals let alone attend doctor appointments. She would always have to physically drag them into their appointments and stay outside the door making sure they wouldn't run away.

After her mother's death she had been very last-minute on her family going for physical checkups and attending their appointments. She would never allow them to drag it out for too long and would do anything/everything for them to attend. She didn't care how much they complained or threw a tantrum like a toddler. She wanted to make sure they were healthy and okay. "I'd say it's a waste of time. You know how much I hate these things. I can't help but wonder how my plant babies are doing. I should hurry home and fertilize them." Myung chuckled, looking away from the older woman.

In important times like these she only seemed to care about her plants more than her own health. Do Do-Hee smirked, coming up with an idea of getting them both to spend more time with one another. She could tell how Myung started to recently avoid the older woman because she's aware that she would bring up marriage at one point.

Although it's something she has considered doing, it wasn't something of need or importance to her. If it happened, it happened. She's just going with the flow and hoping for the best in her life. "We'll give you a lift, then." Madam Ju tilted her head to the side in confusion. She seemed shocked to hear her request to give her a life. Myung leaned back against her seat hearing both of them bicker back in fort about Do-Hee's company. How she didn't need her help and she's been doing just fine on her own all this time. The orange haired girl nodded her head, as she played with her acrylic nails distracting herself from whatever was going on around her. Do-Hee called out Madam Ju's name only to bite her lower lip as the doctor came in speaking to her. Her eyes traveled to Myung who offered her a soft smile, she placed a hand on her back rubbing it softly.

Arriving at the plant house garden that belonged to her grandmother. She shoved her hands into her jacket as she took slow strides inside. She hated but loved being in this place, it was filled not only with Madam Ju but her father's memories. She still remembers watching him running around helping his mother water the plants. He would also go hand downs on ripping out plants that were dead or planting new plants. He would always come to him covered in dirt from head to toe, unsure how he got mud on his face. "My goodness, they're all dropping already." Madam Ju pouted as she caressed the plants seeing how sadden and droopy they have gotten these past few days. Plants were like people; they needed the right care and for people to talk to them in order to grow healthier and bigger.
