Interviews will be held this year for a construction manager to build an addition on the county Justice Complex, which houses the criminal division, and an adjacent parking garage, county Freeholder Director Stephen Sweeney said. He expects construction to begin next year. Sweeney spoke at a brief ceremony for the $1.1 million civil division renovation at the Gloucester County Building, built in 1924 at Broad and Delaware streets. The six-month project was completed on time and under budget, Sweeney said. It includes renovated courtrooms, a new jury assembly room and administrative office space.
