Kay was exceptionally helpful. Wehad tohandle arrangements from across the country, and she was there every step oftheway.

The facility was very nice and clean and the staff was very professional. Scott made our time ofsorrow assimple and aspainless asit could have possible been. Wefelt genuine care was given tous atour time ofneed. Thank you Scott once again.

Kay helped mewith arrangements from across the country when myuncle died unexpectedly ayear ago today inFlagstaff. She helped mewith the cremation and having his remains returned tohis home here inOhio. Itwas such adifficult time for myfamily but Kay and the employees ofthis funeral home were absolutely amazing and Icouldn’t have asked for abetter experience during such atragic time. From the bottom ofmy heart— thank you toKay and the entire Norvel Owens team.

We didn't have apleasant time with this mortuary, wefirst arrived tothe mortuary with the slideshow and wegave itto the man who looked like hewas the one who was incharge and said “here isthe slideshow for (our family member that passed away).” And hesimply replied with “An hourago.” Note that wewere never given aspecific time tobe there toget everything setup, and wehad called 3times totry and confirm times. Afterwards, wesaid that itwas supposed tobe onrepeat. They acknowledged and proceeded tolet itend and sit ata black screen for 5minutes. I'm disappointed inhow insincere they are with family members grieving inthese hard times.… – show

I've had the occasion touse the services ofthis Mortuary twice. Both times Ihave found them tobe very respectful and responsive tothe needs ofmy family and myself. Both times they did avery good job Inpreparing our loved ones for viewing. They made noeffort topressure usinto purchasing services orproducts that weneither needed orwanted. Ihighly recommend the services ofthis Mortuary toanyone who isdealing with the loss ofa loved one
