Comcast is the worst. The absolute worst.

@ IRS .. The company Xfinity is ripping off it's customers and You/America/IRS. They do this by encouraging autopay and then adding features +interest and late fees behind their customers backs. When the customer refuses to pay for unwanted features they suspend and report.

When you call @Xfinity to fix your internet issues 3 times only to have them all say we need to send a technician and all I had to do was exchange my cable modem! Really @comcastcares

@g0ldcage I feel you. My housemates are unreliable when it comes to paying for the xfinity bill so like a week out of the month I have to go without WiFi. I started collecting the entire series of greys anatomy on dvd so I had something to watch at least but it ******* sucks w/o WiFi

@CenturyLinkHelp Itās a quality of service issue. Mostly works, but basically your 100Mbps service over fiber (or possibly 40, donāt recall off top of my head) doesnāt consistently live up to that. Mostly works but occasionally, video streams buffer. Stick with you because I dislike Comcastā¦

@williamslauram @mahoekst They totally bucketize you on data, too. Iāve gotten offers while turning in hardware at the Comcast store ācancelā line that the person in front of me did not get.Best case, find a way to quit Comcast. Theyāre too expensive and not competitive on their Internet offerings.

They have suspended me for non payment of services I don't want. I've told them repeatedly... I've concluded that Xfinity CEO's have written an algorithm that automatically bumps every customer into a more expensive plan.

@comcast I turned in my equipment to one of your employees at the eureka Taylor MI store location, the lady told me I didn't need a receipt. Now I'm getting texts saying I have equipment to turn in! I called your customer service line and 0 help. Can't even get a human to help me

Xfinity service stays playing games too. Used up all my data. Had several outages this month, many in the past week. I hate how ISPās have such a monopoly on speeds and service. Everybody should have equal access to all Internet services.
