If each user is using a different bot account, each bot account has its own rate limit (meaning that each user can send 20 messages).

Only your Moobot editors will be able to directly set, increase, or decrease the counter from Twitch chat. You can also give your Twitch mods permission to do this. The Twitch IRC server sends PING messages to ensure that your bot is still alive and able to respond to the server’s messages. However, such commands can be edited by activating the «Can still be edited when the Chat PG command contains a response tag» checkbox in the settings. By default, a chat command with response tags cannot be edited with the «! EditCommand» chat command to prevent accidental removal of its response tags.

If your bot simply sends out get up and move reminders at specific intervals, your bot can mostly ignore all other messages from the server. To send the reminder, your bot sends a PRIVMSG message (see Sending a message to the chat room). This chat command lets you edit any custom chat command, not just those with a «Text set from chat» response tag. EditCommand» chat command lets you and your Twitch mods edit your custom chat commands directly from Twitch chat. The restriction also applies to chat commands posted by your timers. The timer will skip to the next chat command in its rotation if the conditions do not apply once the timer posts.

While Twitch’s IRC server generally follows RFC1459, it doesn’t support all IRC messages. Unless a command displays every few minutes (don’t do that), it makes sense to have commandsthat can be called upon when needed. To enable phone verification, go to the chatbot’s Security and Privacy settings. Under Contact, click Add a number (next to Phone Number) and add a phone number that Twitch can verify.

Actions in Streamer.bot have per-session and per-command variables counter & userCounter that records how many times that command has been used.
